Class Criqtue

This class has been one of the most interesting classes I've ever experienced, I have a lot of freedom but I still got my work done. The best part is being able to go out onto campus and take pictures. The bad part was when we would get assignments that we couldn't complete in school because I couldn't always go to the places we needed to take pictures in time so I would have to turn stuff late.

Nikon D3100

I learned from the video who was instructed by John Greengo, to know how to use the camera's operations, detailed instructions on how all the menus work, and easy tips on how to shoot great photos. I learned the locations of the the main features we need to know such as the on/off buttton is on the top deck as well as the Mode Dial which is very important. On the back side is the screen that shows the image as well as one side of the lense. The zoom in and zoom out buttons are there because it helps get a clear image.

Extra credit- photo current event

The picture is of a young boy who after a mom took a picture of his eyes discovered that her son could have cancer. She heard of a story previous to seeing the picture of a mother doing the same and finding out her son had cancer. After Mrs. Fitzgerald took her son to the doctor she was told that her son had cancer just as she had expected. The young boy had multiple tumors in his eye which have been removed and is now blind in that eye.
